[Minecraft] Server Announcement 6.28.2012

Use Residence to claim what you want transferred over from the old world. We will be rotating worlds in from the entire legacy of maps. When the process is complete we will have a new map and I will place your buildings/cities. This will take some time to finish so please do your part as soon as possible.

Also: OPs/Guardians are going to be reset. If you wish to remain an OP I need to hear from you so I can explain what is happening. If I don’t hear from you via Skype or E-mail you will be dropped.

E3 2012 : Nintendo Conference

It was plenty clear that the big N’s focus this year would be primarily on their holiday 2012 system launch the Wii U

I will admit Wii U sounds better than Wii Ni

Coming off of last years E3, Nintendo decided there was way too much to only have a 1 hour conference for everything they had to show. To fix this issue they had a Pre-E3 video conference that showed off the social aspects that the Wii U can provide for the gamer. At this conference they introduced the new Wii U Pro Controller.

Minecraft Server IP Change

Well folks, we learned a lesson last night. I apologize to everyone who wanted to participate in Boom Night but couldn’t due to the server crashes. What we discovered is that the host we had chosen could not handle our event. While this alone wouldn’t normally justify changing hosts we have been having some stability issues with them for a while now. I remember our first host being a ton more stable, so we have returned to ProvisionHost.

This is our new IP, I’ll get dynmap and Residence back up within the next few days. Showcases have been reset but all your shops and locked chests should be fine. If you have any issues please contact myself or PoetryInChaos in game or comment on this thread.

Well. Apparently CreeperHost can’t handle the boom. Despite the name… We are trying our best to get the server back up, apologies for the inconvenience. This means we will likely be changing hosts soon to something more stable.
